How Do I Qualify?


Contact the Director of Crosslines (See Contact Page) to submit application for assistance.

Bring-

1. Social security cards for all members in the family or household.

2. Income verification for everyone in family or household (this could be SSI, work paystub, etc.)

3. Rent receipt or electric bill to verify current address


 All  clients eligible for commodities may receive their allotment once per month.


We have various source for food donations. Our sources include organizations, companies, and individuals. Contact Director of Crosslines for details and eligibility requirements..

 


Important- We are dependent on donations and supply may be limited or unavailable.

Utility Assistance Program

Household items are donated and are available occasionally. If you have something in particular let us know and we may be able to locate..
